Safety and Handling
Ammonia 25% solution is a hazardous material that requires careful handling. 
  • Hazards: It causes severe skin burns and eye damage, is toxic if inhaled, and is very toxic to aquatic life. Vapors can cause respiratory irritation.
  • Precautions: Use in a well-ventilated area or with appropriate respiratory equipment. Wear protective gloves, clothing, and eye/face protection.
  • Storage: Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area, away from strong acids and oxidising agents.
  • First Aid: In case of skin or eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water for at least 20 minutes and seek medical attention. If inhaled, remove to fresh air.
