Its primary function is to provide an efficient heat exchange while also creating a low-permeability seal to protect groundwater supplies.

Mixing and Handling
The material comes in 50-pound bags. Mixing involves combining fresh water, THERM-EX GROUT™, and silica sand in specific ratios for desired thermal conductivity. Add the grout to water first, mix, then add sand and agitate until uniform. Pump the mixture into place using a tremie line, starting from the bottom. Safety Precautions
THERM-EX GROUT™, in its dry powder form, contains crystalline silica and poses a health hazard if inhaled. Avoid dust, do not breathe dust, and use protective gear like gloves and eye/face protection. Ensure proper ventilation. Handle only after reading safety precautions.
